2. Original and a photocopy of certified Birth Certificate from Home Country
3. Fingerprints must be submitted with the application
4. 2 recent colored, passport size, photographs of the applicant with white background (write your name on the back of each photo)
5. Receipt of payment for passport application fees from the embassy

Renewing Passport for Adults:

1. Completed passport application form
2. Original and a photocopy of expired (or due to expire) passport and a photocopy of UAE residence permit and Emirates ID
3. Fingerprints must be submitted with the application.
4. 2 recent colored, passport size, photographs of the applicant with white background (write your name on the back of each photo)
5. Receipt of payment for passport application fees from the embassy

Child Under fifteen/ New Born:

1. Completed passport application form
2. Original and a photocopy of certified Birth Certificate from Home Country
3. Original and photocopy of the mother’s and the father’s passport and a photocopy of UAE residence permit and Emirates ID
4. A photocopy of parent’s marriage certificate (for new born)
5. 2 recent colored, passport size, photographs of the applicant with white background (write your name on the back of each photo)
6. Receipt of payment for passport application fees from the embassy

Lost or Stolen Passport:

1. Certified Police Report which shows your passport was lost or stolen
2. Completed passport application form
3. A photocopy of the lost or stolen passport and a photocopy of UAE residence permit and Emirates ID
4. Fingerprints must be submitted with the application
5. 2 recent colored, passport size, photographs of the applicant with white background (write your name on the back of each photo)
6. Receipt of payment for passport application fees from the embassy
